In case anyone was wondering where Colin was last week - he was off getting married down in the Cotswolds! Welcome to Colin
I am not sure if this is how Colin sees himself, I know he loves the courts, but I think he will have to brush up on his dress sense if he really wants to make it as a High Court Judge. Not a very clear photo, but it is Colin at the old Law Courts at St Georges Hall. Colin has been with us almost six months now, and we are very pleased to have him. FCA Press Release re HSBC
HSBC has voluntarily agreed to extend its redress scheme for customers who may have lost out by paying an unreasonable debt collection charge imposed by HFC Bank Ltd (HFC) and John Lewis Financial Services Limited (JLFS), the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has announced today.
